So  how does one makes Turon. It’s one of the favorite snacks/merienda which is so easy to prepare.  You only need ripe Saba bananas,  thinly sliced ripe jackfruit that would give it its unique taste, fresh spring roll wrappers and a little sugar. Just roll the sliced banana in sugar, add the sliced jackfruit, roll in fresh lumpia wrappers then fry in hot oil. Serve hot. Just perfect for dessert or afternoon snacks.
